The song was produced by Dr. Luke and Cirkut, and written by MoZella, Stephan Moccio, Sacha Skarbek, Dr. Luke and Cirkut. Both the song and its music video received mixed reviews from critics. It reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, becoming her first number one hit in the country.
